There is also a risk whether outsourcing is a better strategy than an in-house development. Considering this, we have a low risk engagement model.
The 4 stage project model encompasses different stages:
Technology Evaluation
In this session, we would help you to gain more clarity on different technology options, associated advantages & disadvantages of using a particular technology and also a reason stating why the proposed new technology.
Architecture Design
Throughout the course of this stage, you will gain more idea on the architecture and as to how it will translate into better user benefits. During this stage, we would work with your Chief Technology Officer, Architects & developers to provide guidance on the proposed architecture. We would also provide guidance on best practices to be followed during the course of the project.
Proof of Concept
This stage will establish the feasibility of the proposed architecture, besides giving a first hand look at how the product will evolve during the course of the project. The prototype with limited functionality can be used to validate the architecture approach and user benefits. By the end of this stage, Groveinfo will provide estimates & schedules for the project.
Project Implementation
With an architecture and Proof of concept, you can make that crucial decision on whether to go ahead with the implementation of the project. Besides, having worked with
Groveinfo during the course of engagement, you can assesses whether we have the competency to deliver or you would be better of executing the project in-house
